Our Mission
We recognize that anything worth having takes hard work (GRIT), and we are grateful to have been given another chance to overcome substance use and mental health challenges to reach our life goals by the (GRACE) placed in our lives.
GRIT & Grace Addiction Recovery Service Center (ARSC) is a non-profit organization 501(c)(3) committed to making transformations through recovery, counseling, education, peer support, and providing resources to individuals of the recovery community so they can be returned back as valuable members of the community, walking in their purpose and divine destiny.

What is an ARSC
Addiction Recovery Support Center
Addiction Recovery Support Centers are independent, non-profit organizations led and governed by people in recovery. While each organization may have a mission that addresses the particular needs and concerns of its local community, all focus on the below core purposes.
ARSC Core Purposes
PUBLIC EDUCATION – Putting a face and a voice on recovery
ADVOCACY – Ending discrimination against people in or seeking recovery
SERVICES – Peer-based and other supports for recovery
INCLUSION – Embracing all people and all pathways to recovery

Additional Information
- Provide only non-clinical services which differ from treatment programs
- Respect and support all pathways of recovery
- Have their own governing board
- Are led and governed by people in recovery
- Routinely engage people in recovery, their families, and other stakeholders in a participatory process of program decision-making and conducting activities
- Are grassroots programs/organizations and are active in their communities
- Have a mission statement that focuses on multiple pathways to recovery
